General Notes: Wife - Elizabeth Gibson

What I do have though is a silk mourning - sort of bookmark.(still in the original tissue paper) I do not know what they are called. It is pale mauve and they used to send them to people on the death of a loved one.It says in ' In loving Memory of Elizabeth (nee Gibson), the beloved wife of the late William Burgess. who departed this life April 3rd 1942. Aged 62 years and was interred at Blackburn Cemetery on April 7th.' at the bottom the address is 19 Kenworthy Street, Blackburn.Roberta
